With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, Mr. Kumar has developed deep expertise in Financial Management, Distribution, and Logistics. His strategic acumen and operational expertise have played a crucial role in optimizing supply chain efficiency, enhancing financial sustainability, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Under his leadership, Celsius Healthcare has expanded its product portfolio, strengthened its market presence, and continuously adapted to evolving industry trends. Mr Arpit Karnwal

DIRECTOR & CEO

Mr. Arpit Karnwal is a young and dynamic entrepreneur with a strong background in international finance. He holds an honorary Master’s degree in International Finance from the prestigious University of Glasgow, United Kingdom.

With extensive experience in the financial sector, he has worked with renowned multinationals such as Santander Bank UK and ABN AMRO Plc India. In 2010, he joined Celsius as an Executive Director and, through his visionary leadership, rose to the position of CEO in 2015.

As the driving force behind the company, Mr. Karnwal plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing strategic business plans. His expertise spans key areas such as General Management, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Corporate Image Building, uniting the team to propel Celsius to new heights.

Committed to growth and innovation, he is dedicated to exploring new opportunities for the company’s expansion in both domestic and international markets.

Mr Anshul Karnwal

DIRECTOR

Mr. Anshul Karnwal is a new-generation entrepreneur, having joined the company in 2019 as a Sales Coordination Manager. Later, he went to pursue a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Leeds in 2021.

With a diverse background in Sales&Marketing, and Global Supply Chains, he has worked with renowned multinational FMCG firm, developing a deep understanding of market dynamics and operational efficiency.In 2023, he rejoined Celsius as Operations Head, bringing his global expertise to enhance the company’s strategic and operational frameworks.

His strong leadership and cross-functional insights have been key to aligning strategies with the company’s growth objectives.

He was promoted to Director in 2025 and continues to shape the company’s vision and success.As Director, Mr. Karnwal oversees end-to-end operational processes, ensuring seamless coordination between departments while driving strategic expansion and innovation.
