Pantoprazole 40mg

Pantoprazole is an efficient proton pump inhibitor that belongs to the substituted benzimidazole class. Like other proton pump inhibitors, pantoprazole blocks the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system or the proton pump system present in the gastric parietal cells. This drug prevents the final step of gastric acid production, i.e., the inward movement of H+ ions into the gastric lumen, and eventually reduces the levels of gastric acid and its reflux towards the chest region.

Domperidone 30mg

Domperidone is a potent anti-emetic agent that addresses nausea and vomiting along with the suppression of acid reflux. On peripheral levels, it increases the lower oesophageal pressure and improves the motility in the upper GI tract or peristalsis. It acts as an antagonist of D2 and D3 dopamine receptors in the area postrema, where the chemoreceptor triggers zone for nausea and vomiting.
