Ambroxol Hydrochloride - 15 mg

Ambroxol Hydrochloride is a drug that breaks up phlegm, used in the treatment of respiratory diseases associated with viscid or excessive mucus. Ambroxol is indicated as ‘secretolytic therapy’ in bronchopulmonary diseases associated with abnormal mucus secretion and impaired mucus transport. It promotes mucus clearance, facilitates expectoration and eases productive cough, allowing patients to breathe freely and deeply.

Levosalbutamol Sulphate - 1 mg

Levosalbutamol Sulphate is used to relieve wheezing and breathlessness in respiratory conditions. It is a bronchodilator (beta-2 receptor agonist) that relaxes airway muscles, helping to open air passages for easier breathing.

Guaiphenesin - 50 mg

Guaiphenesin is used to treat coughs and congestion caused by the common cold, bronchitis, and other breathing illnesses. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant. It works by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways, clearing congestion, and making breathing easier.
